Hughie Lynch

Hughie Lynch was appointed to the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) in July 1988.  He is a Level One New York State Certified Instructor and an IAFF Hazardous Materials Instructor.  He teaches regularly at Special Operation Command (S.O.C.) Technical Rescue School on Randall’s Island, NY, specializing in hands-on training.

Hughie has spent the last ten years as a Firefighter in the Special Operations Command as a member of Squad Company One in Brooklyn. He previously served as a member of Ladder Company 161 in Coney Island, also in Brooklyn. As a senior member of the FDNY, he has extensive experience in all types of structural fire fighting and technical rescue operations.

Joseph O'Donnell

Joseph O’Donnell was appointed to the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) in 1988.  In 1991 he became a member of Squad Company 1 in Brooklyn.  He has ten years teaching experience at the FDNY Technical Rescue School as well as teaching Engine Operations at Probationary Firefighter School.

Darren Jacobs

Darren Jacobs was appointed to the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) in February 1998.  He is a Level Two Nationally Certified Fire Instructor and an IAFF Hazardous Materials Instructor.  He teaches regularly at Special Operation Command (S.O.C.) Technical Rescue School on Randall’s Island, NY.

Darren is currently assigned to SQUAD 1 in Brooklyn, NY.  He has been a member of SQUAD 1 since December 2001.  Prior to that he spent two years assigned to Engine 240 in Brooklyn, NY and a year assigned to each Engine 33 in Manhattan, NY and Ladder 169 in Brooklyn, NY.

Before entering FDNY, Darren served 4.5 years as a Naval Air Crewman, where he received extensive training in aircraft and shipboard firefighting. He currently has 13 years U.S. Naval experience.

Enrico Boletti
 
Enrico Boletti was appointed to the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) in 1999.  He is a Level Two Nationally Certified Instructor and an IAFF Hazardous Materials Instructor.  He teaches regularly at Special Operation Command (S.O.C.) Technical Rescue School on Randall's Island, NY, specializing in hands-on training.  Rico has spent the last three years as a Firefighter in the Special Operations Command as a member of Squad Company One in Brooklyn. He previously served as a member of Engine Company 246.  

 

Erik Lahoda

 

Erik Lahoda is a firefighter with the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY).  He is a Level Two Nationally Certified Fire Instructor, a Level Two Hazardous Materials Technician, a New York State Emergency Medical Technician and a New York City Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Instructor.

 

Erik is currently assigned in the Special Operations Command as a member of Squad Company One in Brooklyn.  He is also serving his 13th year as a crash/fire/rescue man with the United States Air Force.
